A big congratulations goes out to Jersey Boys, the Tony, Olivier and Grammy Award-winning Best Musical, who has surpassed Hello, Dolly! with 2,845 performances, and has become the 18th longest-running show in Broadway history! Jersey Boys opened on Broadway to critical acclaim on November 6, 2005 at the August Wilson Theatre. The production also just welcomed back Drew Gehling and Jarrod Spector to the Broadway company. Spector is returning to the role of ‘Frankie Valli’ and Gehling is assuming the role of ‘Bob Gaudio.’
Alli Mauzey will return to the role of Glinda in the Broadway company of Wicked. Ms. Mauzey played the role of Glinda on Broadway in 2009 and returns to the Gershwin Theatre directly from Wicked’s National Tour.
The 26th Annual Broadway Flea Market & Grand Auction blew past all previous record totals to raise a spectacular $681,892 for Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS! Way to go!
