Rodney Ingram will soon be taking a magic carpet ride in the long-running hit Aladdin at the New Amsterdam Theatre.
Ingram, who made his Broadway debut in the ensemble of the Disney musical from 2015-2017, will step into the title role beginning February 3. Ingram, who played Aladdin briefly in 2020 before originating the role in Mexico City in 2021, will succeed BOOP! star Ainsley Melham, who will offer his final performance February 1.
